- Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email with your order number, and all other relevant information. Once your order has been processed and handed over to our shipping carrier, you will be notified that your order has been shipped along and be provided with a tracking number for your order. From there you will be able to track your order while it is en route to your desired location.
- The processing time for all orders is 3-5 business days. Once we have processed and fulfilled your order, we will send an email to the email address provided with your tracking information and any other relevant details. Please note that once your order has been fulfilled and handed over to our shipping partners, we are not in charge nor are we responsible for any delays, changes in estimated delivery dates, etc….
- In the case that a shipment is lost, stolen, or damaged, all orders have insurance and the customer takes all responsibility for claims with the shipping carrier.
- We’re sorry to hear your order has been canceled, an email would have been sent to you explaining the reason for this. Unfortunately, your order could have been canceled for a few reasons:
- Your order is what our team considers to be a high risk order meaning that there was a problem with your payment (ex. the shipping and billing address provided do not match. the payment information entered is incorrect, you’ve tried a high volume of transactions in a short space of time, etc…)
- All orders are fulfilled in the order they are received, this may result in an item selling out before the order is processed, which unfortunately requires us to cancel your order and issue you a refund.
- If Order is canceled or item is refunded please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to return to your card.

What is your refund/exchange policy?
- All sales are final. Once your order has been completed there will be NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR CANCELLATIONS to an order.
- Due to the holidays and the high volume of packages that are shipped daily, a lot of packages may be momentarily delayed, as we strive to provide excellent customer service, this is completely out of our hands. So please be patient with receiving your package and with the updating of your tracking number.“
