About DTG Printing

Direct-to-garment (DTG) printing is a modern, digital method that uses water-based ink to print vibrant, high-resolution designs directly onto clothing. Ideal for complex, colorful designs with transparency, gradients, or photorealistic details, DTG printing stands out for its precision and smooth color blending—features that traditional screen printing can’t fully replicate. Unlike screen printing, DTG allows quick, single-piece prints without long setup or cleanup. We use top-quality DTG machines for sharp, durable prints on 100% cotton garments, with a unique curing process that ensures a soft, long-lasting finish.

FAQs

What's your turnaround time?

The average production time for DTG orders is 7-15 business days, starting once the invoice is fully paid and we have all blank garments on hand. Additional services or add-ons requested for your project may increase the turnaround time.

What's your minimum? 

DTG starts at 10 pieces per design for a bulk order.

Sample orders can be 1 to 9 pieces.

Do you offer samples?

Yes, you can place a sample order with us. We strongly recommend samples for complex designs or if you’re particular about color accuracy. DTG printing can vary depending on the garment, as even 100% cotton items may react differently based on the dye used. For garments with unique dyes, we highly suggest testing them first before committing to a full production run. Sample orders are available in quantities of 1-9 pieces.

How accurate are DTG colors?

DTG printing uses a CMYK process, blending cyan, magenta, yellow, and black to produce over 16,000 colors. To preview how your design will look with DTG, we recommend switching the color mode in your graphics editor to CMYK (the default is usually RGB). Note that very fluorescent or neon colors may appear slightly different in print.

Why should I use DTG printing?

DTG printing is ideal for highly detailed or photorealistic artwork, capturing the full detail and color range of your original design with no color limits. It also accurately replicates transparency effects. DTG sampling is a great option to confirm print size and placement, and we can quickly turn around single sample prints.

How long do the prints last?

Your garments will last as long as they are properly cared for. To extend the life of DTG prints, we recommend turning garments inside out, machine washing with cold water, and hang drying. Avoid using harsh detergents or bleach to keep your prints looking their best.

Why are black garments more expensive than white ones?

Black garments require a special pretreatment process before printing, which adds to the cost. All garments, regardless of color, go through a curing process to ensure lasting print quality.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Do you provide tracking information?

You will receive an email when your order ships out along with a tracking number.

If you have not received an email with a tracking number please check your spam email. If no email is received then your order is still processing and has not shipped out yet. 

Once orders are shipped, any claims for missing or damaged packages must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier. We are not liable for any lost or missing packages after shipment.

Refunds

All sales are final. We have a strict no-refund policy, meaning once an order is placed, it cannot be refunded unless otherwise specified.

Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us promptly if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item so we can address the issue and make it right.
